We all know that the folks we elect to Olympia don't focus on our needs. In part, it is understandable. The squeaky wheel gets the grease and Seattle and King County are always squeaky. Well, Paul "Rocky" Dean knows that it is long past time that Olympia paid attention to us; the residents of the northeastern part of Washington!
