About Paul "Rocky" Dean
With pride, Paul "Rocky" Dean served our country in the Army. He was stationed all over the world and did multiple tours in Europe, Southeast Asia and the Middle East. He was part of Operation Enduring Freedom and served over twenty five years. Upon retiring from the military, Rocky and his wife Nicole, along with their two boys, discovered the Inland Northwest and made their home in Springdale, WA.
Rocky began to get involved with the Town of Springdale in 2018 when he approached the town about improvements to the town cemetery. As a veteran, he felt that simple improvements could go a long way. He became a member of the Springdale Town Council in 2020 and was elected to the seat in 2022. During that time he has served on the Utility Committee and the Planning Commission.
As someone who likes to give back, Rocky is always looking for ways to help his community such as volunteering with at the Spokane Veterans Home. He enjoys working outdoors no matter the job and likes to spend summers traveling with his extended family.
